Prayer Requests

Collective Prayers

“Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.” (Col. 4.2)

Let us come to the Lord together…

  • Praying that the Holy Spirit would fill his church around the world with the hope of the resurrection promised to us.
  • Giving thanks for God’s work to reconcile and renew all things through Jesus Christ.
  • Praying that God would quickly bring peaceful resolution to the many wars around the globe, including in the Middle East and in Ukraine.
  • Asking that Park Street Church would be a light to the people of Boston; that those around us would know we are Jesus’ disciples by our love for one another.

Remembering Delight Wolfe

The church received word that Delight Wolfe has gone to be with the Lord, whom she loved and served throughout her life. She came to Boston in 1951 to teach at the New England Baptist Hospital School of Nursing, rising to become head of the School – a position she held for many years. Delight joined Park Street when she moved to Boston and became active in the Fellowship, which aimed to support the missionary enterprise of the church through prayer and fundraising. She was a faithful member of the choir and served on the Board of Trustees for many years. Even in retirement, she maintained close ties to the church and continued to pray for God’s blessing on this congregation.
